Very interesting technical
By PhotobugTom (Pcmac user)
For those that are interested in the technical aspects of cellular technology it is very interesting to know where the transmission towers are located. For those that are not technically oriented it is understandable that they might find this application not as useful as they had initially thought it might be. However the app is exquisitely designed and easy to use and does show a considerable amount of useful information for those that are interested.

Pointless app
By triple c92 (Pcmac user)
The idea of having an app where you can find out which direction the nearest cell phone tower is seems like a brilliant idea and indeed it is. That's where the functionality of this app stops. The entire point of an app like this would be to locate cell phone towers when you are standing in the middle of nowhere without reception. He app would then allow you to know which direction you need to go in order to get cell phone coverage. The big problem is you need cell phone service in order to use this app what a fail. App needs to have an off-line version in order for it to be of any use

Worthless
By Ob2207 (Pcmac user)
I must agree with everyone else... All this is is a map. No towers shown. My husband downloaded this app on his phone in Jan 2015 and his shows cell towers, but only the towers working at that time. We've had a new tower built in our neighborhood, but his app doesn't show it. Maybe the developers simply gave up on this app and didn't tell Apple.

Seems to find towers, not deliberately hidden.
By AppleJMW (Pcmac user)
You really need to find a green field for this app to work well. It does seem limited to the subscribed operator. Does not seem to find all towers, only those of your operator. But functional and stable.
