Install AT&T Business Messenger app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using AT&T Business Messenger on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AT&T Business Messenger"
The search will reveal the AT&T Business Messenger app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once AT&T Business Messenger is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AT&T Business Messenger.
Now enjoy AT&T Business Messenger on PC.

Confusing

I have had business messaging for years, and it would come across as a text message just fine. Since downloading this app, the messages don't come across as a text anymore... I have to authorize push notifications and get the message via this app. Too many steps to open and find it, rather than simply reading a text!
