Download and install the gg - Transportation Service app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using gg on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "gg"
- The search will reveal the gg - Transportation Service app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once gg is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including gg.
- Now enjoy gg on PC.

To get gg on Windows 11, check if there's a native gg Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing gg:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "gg" » Click "Install" to install gg - Transportation Service
- gg - Transportation Service will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Good service but still needs improvements

Application related
- GPS doesn’t work, need to search for current location manually 90% of times
- Search searches whole world instead of Armenia or the countries this app works and brings irrelevant results
- often you may miss push notifications that the driver has arrived because of the notification sound
- the estimate of when the driver will arrive is 80% inaccurate
- can’t call or contact driver if you don’t have Local phone number. Add some option to call over wifi or cellular data instead of using mobile provider, less of a problem for locals more important for tourists
+ great that you can pay with international credit cards, Yandex doesn’t allow this. Bad part is there is no tip option with credit card
Service problem
- lack of drivers, often you need to wait for 10 or more minutes, sometimes you will not get any driver at all. Talked to several Yandex drivers and 2 problems they have mentioned why they don’t drive for this app is the Sticker that you require and the minimum number of hours to drive. Don’t make me use Yandex because you don’t have enough drivers, give more flexibility to drivers to meet the demand
Overall used a lot during the last month. Have some basic problems that can be fixed. Send one of your product managers to Europe to use Lyft or Uber and improve your product

Saved me during my time abroad!

Amazing in so many ways. Whether you’re a tourist in Armenia or a citizen, this app is a MUST! It helps you avoid excessive charges, guarantees a safe ride & all around is a great go-to in this country. As a US citizen, I hated having to stand on the streets to catch a cab (since we’re all so used to Uber), but this app changed everything. Beats Yandex and beats cab-calling. 10/10!

It can never find cars

Last couple of months it is not possible to order a car and the problem is not that there are no available cars because it shows the car is 4 minute away but it can’t reach out. So you have serious problems with your app or servers which you couldn’t fix within months. I have been using this app for years and honestly this issue was the reason I first installed and using Yandex taxi.
