Install Oracle Mobile Field Service app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

Making my job worse

I only use this piece of garbage because it was forced on me by my company as they switched from a great and easy to use and navigate inventory and call completion program to THIS. Half a year later it crashes, doesn’t save info when you know you did, refuses to close a call because another ‘glitch’ says you entered ending time before starting time... I could go on. I’ve never met anyone who likes this app. Everything we could do on our last system has been made worse. If you use this it’s only because you have to. I can’t tell you how much I hate this.

Horrible APP

Wow.... This APP is horrendous... it is SLOW, causes errors when you try to SYNC, info provided is limited and is definitely not user friendly. I do not understand how this company is still in business. I know of several industries that use this app and I have yet to hear anything positive from any of them. If you can, AVOID this APP, do so at all cost.

WORST SYSTEM EVER!!

I work for a major tech company, and we “upgraded” from a system that worked 99% of the time(and gave us the info we needed) to a system that hasn’t worked right yet, and doesn’t give us much info. And is MUCH more difficult to navigate through. This is like going WAY back in time

Constantly syncing. All the time. It will literally sync for 5 mins, work for 30 seconds and start syncing again. And the main point of the app is to close out calls. You can’t close them out while its syncing. It’s always syncing.
