What is Rilevazione presenze e accessi? The app allows users to turn their smartphones into a mobile ticker to send timestamps to their employees. It sends the time and position to the administration panel, and users can enter a description, attach photocopies, customer and operator signatures. The app automatically retrieves the location and sends it to the admin panel. The app is easy to use for agents, maintainers, cleaning companies, freelancers, and more. The service consists of two components: the free app and a dedicated administration panel for human resources management.
1. By entering the input stamp, the app sends the time and position to your administration panel.
2. Real-time stamps can be viewed and downloaded in excel by your administration panel from any PC or Mac connected to the Internet.
3. Presence detection and access control with GPS, NFC and Beacons and sending automatic data to a remote database.
4. After stamping, you can view the intervention sheet to be sent to the customer by mail, whatsapp, ... or just print.
5. You can see the timestamp directly on the calendar from the app or from any browser by connecting to the web administration panel and exporting it to Excel.
6. With remote stamping you can also print by approaching your smartphone to NFC stickers or Bluetooh Beacons.
