Select Windows version:

Download and install the toovoip app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "toovoip"
The search will reveal the toovoip app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once toovoip is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including toovoip.

I have used toolani to call friends overseas and was interested to try VoIP to call back while traveling. Had a hiccup registering, but the fellows at support could not have been nicer and were very timely and responsive. App installed and works great. As long as you have a good WiFi able to call anywhere in the world. Works great, very happy.
Waste of money

Waste of money, anytime that I called my family they couldn't hear me at all and yet my account was charged, my credentials were disappeared out of nowhere and after almost 4 hours I was provided with a new password with no option to change it, and no customer service phone number to call and resolve my issues.
Worst app ever

This app has tons of bugs and they don't even fix it. Voice quality is terrible!
Doesn't work

I got this app to make just 1 international call and it couldn't even do that. I won't even get into the verification code failure or the nonexistent customer service.
