Install JDA Workforce app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using JDA Work on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "JDA Work"
The search will reveal the JDA Workforce app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once JDA Work is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including JDA Work.
Now enjoy JDA Work on PC.

When I first got the app it had a home page, shift change, time etc now it only has schedule request time off and log off why is that? What is the point of having the app if I can no longer get the full effect better off using the website

I just recently started working at Harris Teeter. One of my managers was telling me about the app, how I will be able to see my schedule and do other things. Every time I try to log into this app, eventually a message will come up saying that the session timed out. I am getting frustrated and would like it to be fixed as soon.
I used to like this app but it doesn’t work properly anymore

Keeps getting notified about a connection issue but no one to report it to. I’ve been trying to check my schedule and take off but can’t because there’s an issue with it 🙃
