Install iVUE AppSuite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using iVUE AppSuite on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iVUE AppSuite"
The search will reveal the iVUE AppSuite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iVUE AppSuite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iVUE AppSuite.
Now enjoy iVUE AppSuite on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use iVUE AppSuite,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iVUE AppSuite" » then Click "Install".
- iVUE AppSuite will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

- Integration with other tools such as Mapwise and DocVault

- Ability to key time, use mobile maps (both live and offline TPK files), and conduct inspections

- Seamless import of data from AppSuite into Mapwise

- Ability to upload pictures of structures to DocVault for later viewing

- Useful for field employees

☹ Cons:

- Lack of a start button for installers, which can lead to accidentally adding equipment and services to the wrong account

- Lack of true in-app notifications, which makes the app borderline unusable

- Confusion from NISC regarding notifications and their importance

- Potential for the app is not fully realized

- Lack of notifications for payroll and task assignments

- Inability to receive true notifications on iPhones for assigned service orders or outage tickets.

Great app

I am a GIS Admin and Staking Engineer for a Coop. Have been very pleased with the continued integration of this app. We use for all field employees to key time, mobile maps (both live and offline TPK files), inspections, and now DocVault integration. I had our annual pole testing done this year with this app and it worked seamlessly. Imported all dated with a few clicks, from AppSuite into Mapwise. Then also had the inspectors take a pic of every structure and it uploads to DocVault for later viewing from both this app and mapwise. I also have uploaded drone inspection data, so the field personnel can view from AppSuite. Very nice and great support from NISC.
Needs work.

As an installer..... It would be great if there was a start button, so w don’t accidentally add equipment and or services to the wrong account. IE, get to your install and press start job. You would only be able to ad equipment and services to said job. Industry standard really...
NEEDS NOTIFICATIONS

The lack of notifications takes what could be a decent app and makes it border unusable. We have asked many, many times to get true in-app notifications, but NISC is confused and doesn't seem to understand what notifications are or why we would need them. Notifications of payroll, notifications with task assignments, etc, or just notifications that SOMETHING needs attention would be an exponential improvement over this short sighted app. #CoopLife at it’s finest. A joke
Notifications NEEDED

I wish the phone would receive TRUE notifications on my iPhone for when I was assigned service orders or outage tickets. The app has a lot of potential, but really drops. Time sheet notifications would be nice too!
