1. Many devices, like Elite's My E-Trainer app, support a simple output format called csv which outputs all the data as a text file with the values separated by commas.

2. Elite2TrainingPeaks is a simple application that takes a csv (Comma Separated Variable Format) file and converts it into a pwx (Peaks Ware Format) file.

3. Elite2TrainingPeaks reads this simple format and creates the more complicated pwx file for you.

4. In your email open the email you just received from yourself and press and hold the csv file attachment.

5. Select E2T icon and the file will open in Elite2TrainingPeaks.

6. Pwx files are used by many online sports training and recording services, such as Training Peaks, to upload and record your sporting activities.

7. Unfortunately due to the large number of different devices available, it is not always possible to upload your data as formats often aren't compatible.

8. To use Elite2TrainingPeaks simply export your training session from Elite's My eTrainer.

9. This will send the csv file as an email attachment.

10. Elite2TrainingPeaks uploads the data to TrainingPeaks right from your iPhone or iPad.

11. In a few moments you will see your Elite training session in your TrainingPeaks calendar.
