Install Tune This! - Cello app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Tune This! on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tune This!"
- The search will reveal the Tune This! - Cello app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Tune This! is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tune This!.
- Now enjoy Tune This! on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Tune This! Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Tune This!,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Tune This!" » then Click "Install".
- Tune This! - Cello will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

A very annoyed cello player 😐

When I first downloaded this app I hadn’t read any other reviews but now I wish I had. Every time you click on a note, an ad pops up. Then when you want to hear it again, a few taps/clicks later and an ad pops up. I spent probably 10 minutes of my 20 minute practice time skipping ads and some I was forced to watch.
I think if this were to become a better app for people who play their instruments, please remove all the stupid pop up ads. I don’t mean to be rude, it’s a very good tuner.. but the ads need to have a major decrease in number.

Every single time I click on a note it shows me a freaking ad! Like no, I don't want your cars I want an in-the app cello! I'm a middle school student trying to pass my orchestra class, but I'm here tuning for like 10 minutes! That only leaves me 20 minutes to actually practice my songs. PLEASE CUT DOWN ON THE ADS!!!! I know you're just trying to get some extra dollars, but if you play an ad when I first open the app and when I finish tuning I will sit though it and let it play no matter how long it is! Thank you for your time reading this I have a concert very soon! Wish me luck. :)

It tunes just fine most of the time. You have to play loud to get an accurate response and I wish it would tell you what note you’re playing so you know if you have to peg or not. I’m also tired of the constant advertisements popping up. Maybe you guys could charge a small price on this app ( if you improve it ) and that way we don’t have to deal with ads. It’s a win-win!

I would recommend this app to anyone who plays cello. I started cello this summer and really enjoyed it. However, every tuning app was too complex/confusing. However, this one is designed to get the job done. If there was an ad free in app purchase I would certainly pay for it. 😀
