Why can’t I choose the pickup time at the beginning of the order?
It makes it impossible to order a salad at 9:30am for pickup at noon. It says those plates are only available after 11am but it doesn’t even let you place the order to pick the later time.

This was a reliable app. It would have my last order handy. I could just hit a button simply go pick up my food at the location. Now this app is inoperable. Its UX sends you in circles to come away with nothing. What is going on? I can’t order anything from you. Do you not want me to patronize your business?
