Software Features and Description

1. Sundar Gutka (Damdami Taksal) contains all the Gurbani (Sikh Prayers)-with optional color coded vishraams (pauses)- of the Damdami Taksal Sundar Gutka, Nitnem Gutka, and more.

2. Sewa of adding Vishraams and proofreading Bani was performed by Baba Darshan Singh (Mallehwal), student of Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji (Bhindranwale).

3. Bani has been reviewed by scholars of the Taksal.

Good but could be better

I have this app for very long time but never able to use it on daily basis because I am so used to read in iBooks’ horizontal scrolling (or page turning)... and in this app you always have to put thumb to keep scrolling... I hope one day they will bring page turning/horizontal scrolling like many other reading apps already have that option... also this app doesn’t remember reading position (even you turn on auto bookmark) after you quit the app. Even it’s not that useful to me due to above reasons but I still like accuracy, color coded text and dark mode. I hope I will use this app one day, instead of creating my own in iBooks...

This is a great app for daily usage. Everyone in my family uses it. Is there a plan to add Bhai Gurdas Ji Vaar and sampuran Guru Granth Sahib Ji Bani for Sehaj paath with meanings and possibly santhya audio? I’m willing to contribute/help.
