The first and only person that contacted me was some creep in Dubai that wanted to be "friends"... I realized my personal info like my full name was populated from my FB account. This app is NOT BASED IN AMERICA from what i can tell..

Really useful app for anyone who is without a car and needs a ride. Carpooling is great idea not only for ppl who are in need of a ride but who are new to a city and would like to meet ppl and make potential friends. Kudos to the poolmyride team for creating, introducing and encouraging ppl to initiate a car pooling idea. In the long run it will really help ppl save time of everyone starts using car pooling it can really help reduce the traffic during the morning / evening rush hours.
