I charged my phone number with scratch card using the app and I didn’t see any change on my balance, minutes, or data bundle even after 24 hours of the recharge process on the application I’ve contacted the customer care center over the application and they told me that the recharge is successful even I can’t see any change on the application I think you need to fix that issue as soon as possible guys Best regards
