Pros:

- The doctors and specialists are amazing and caring.

Cons:

- Difficulty in rescheduling appointments and being referred to multiple locations with different dates.

- Lack of professionalism and inconvenience caused to the patient.

- The app has the same look as the website and requires zooming in to read anything.

- The app does not provide enough information about the appointment location and has dead links.

- The patient receives multiple texts to confirm appointments, which can be redundant.

  • MRI

    By concern patient (Pcmac user)

For the past 2 days I have been trying to re schedule my MRI referred by one of their physicians. Finally, after a month I was able to scheduled it, and a day before of the appointment I would get a phone call re scheduling to another location. 3 times I was referred to 3 locations with different dates. An unacceptable inconvenience and lack of professionalism. The day of my scdule this past Friday I get a phone call 20 minutes before leaving my home that the appointment was move to another 1/2 hr. Then another call move to another 1 in half. Meanwhile I am a diabetic person, and I could not eat prior the testing. I tried to call to then re schedule and they do not answer the phone. Two days, i called another department I demanded a supervisor. Unavailable, left a detail voice message she has NOT respond. My question, I have an aneurysm, what are they waiting. I am due and I have health issues. Many incompetent staff. Doctors are nice, and some when I have complained rolled their eyes, As they know whats going on. Shame because I am satisfy with the physicians.
  • A University can’t create a working app?

    By Disappointing11 (Pcmac user)

I get texts from my doctor numerous times to confirm my appointment. One yes and message back that my appt is confirmed should be enough. It tells me to click the link for directions. Since my dr. Practices in two locations, it would be nice to know where the appt is. It is just another dead link. I can’t believe that a university can’t produce a working app. Don’t waste your time downloading.
  • Not a real app

    By Lubinskim (Pcmac user)

Not what I consider a real app at least afar as patient medical record. Exact same look as their website. When you open it you have to zoom in to be able to read anything and log in. I expect more from a high end institution and leading medical record system.
