Once North Shore Taxi is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including North Shore Taxi.

Finally!

I found this app so difficult to work with prior to the update. There were several glitches that wouldn’t let me add my address. Now, they fixed everything and the app is so much easier to use. Thanks!! ☺️
Doesn’t seem to work now

Used to work and I was a happy user for the last 2 years. Booked a taxi and it didn’t show up despite the booking showing as active. Called the dispatch and they said they had no booking. Had to get family to take me into downtown to get to YVR.
