Using H265 on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "H265"
The search will reveal the H265 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once H265 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including H265.
Now enjoy H265 on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "H265" » then Click "Install".
- H265 will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I would pay for the app if it would encode and send a stream though, just so We could see just how taxing it is and within the capabilities of todays mobile devices. A estimated guess based on PC performance info posted makes me think a dual-core arm64 1ghz+ should be able to encode 30fps of 720p using about 40% of it's cores. Seems low enough to be usable, on a mobile phone 480p would be more than adequate. Whoever finally makes a this app bidirectional streaming video conferencing app first will likely have ppl flocking to it over FaceTime if they regularly use it over 3g/LTE...
