Install WBOC Weather app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using WBOC Weather on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WBOC Weather"
- The search will reveal the WBOC Weather app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once WBOC Weather is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WBOC Weather.
- Now enjoy WBOC Weather on PC.

Best predictions I’ve seen

This thing is a treasure. I don’t know what made me try it. I wish I’d had this years ago!
I use the app chiefly in the Delaware Beach area and USVI. It is far more accurate than WeatherBug, WindAlert, or the National Weather Service. How can this be? They’re using the same data, aren’t they?
I’m a competitive sculler, checking the wind all the time in Delaware. In VI it’s for getting around in powerboats.
Yes it gives weather anywhere, not just Delmarva.
For some reason it takes longer to load than WeatherBug or WindAlert—a very few seconds. WeatherBug has all sorts of peripheral stuff which is not terrible.
But this is the best on actually predicting the weather. Not just the wind, but the temps at least in VI, which you would think is a piece of cake since the highs and lows don’t change much, day to day, but the WB and WA apps don’t cut it.

Update Crashes App

There was nothing wrong with the app until this last update. Now it crashes as soon as you open it and shuts down. I’ve uninstalled.

Used to love this app

This app used to be great. Ever since the most recent update, it won’t fully open and force closes shortly after trying to launch.
