Handsome but not enough cover

I ordered three items from your store. Two were too small and the third was a XS. I’ve been trying for two days to touch base with your organization. I finally click parent page to get to you. I want the items but all in XL and as soon as we can resolve this situation. Your websites are not user friendly to me but I may be wrong. Thanks for your attention in advance.
Quality is a hit or miss

I ordered electronics 3 times from Mini in the Box. They are not the cheapest, but their goods usually have better quality than elsewhere, although sometimes they are counterfeit. Delivery is fast (within a week) if the order is more than $50. Regarding the app itself: browsing and purchasing screens are good. Customer service tickets do not display correctly.

In my opinion I think 💭 that mini in the box is a great app for people on the go they have nice phone cases and more and I really enjoy this app especially when I am bored and looking for something new

The app is great, however customer service is terrible. I’ve been shipped the wrong items a number of times and basically get told that it’s my problem that I received a wrong item. After the latest interaction all rewards points disappeared from my account as if in retaliation for requesting a replacement or refund.
