Does not work, I would like a refund

Need a refund, this program does not work, it opens up a the app file, but you cannot read the writing in the boxes and the text is all over the place

All it can do is open the file. Every file I tried to open looked all wrong. Wish there was a way to get refund.

Unhelpful and a waste of money

For some reason my previous review isn't showing up. The view in PDF of a very simple flow chart obscured text behind objects, showed objects outside of swim lanes, and generally did an enormously poor job of displaying what was a pretty basic flow chart. I am actually going to see if I can get my money back, it's that useless. By comparison, when you open .the app files in Libre Office, they display quite elegantly. I would still rate this (marginally) higher than the Google Chrome extension to view .the app files in Chrome, which I also tried, since that actually did not provide any kind of view at all; it simply didn't offer the option of viewing the attachment, just saving it (which is useless).

I tried to open several the app files using this program. The program did not render the diagrams correctly, not even close. These are simple single layer network diagrams. I have been looking for a the app viewer for my Mac for a long time. Hopefully this product will improve over time.
