    I had this app five minutes... first it opened up two ads for a flash sale. Then it opened two ads for candy crush. I closed both of them and it still opened candy crush to the App Store. I look to see if I could up grade for a small fee and no luck. You can however pay for a expensive monthly fee but it doesn't say it will disable the ads. Don't waste you time

    I just did this ab workout & loved it. I like that it gives you 10 seconds to get ready for the next routine but I don't like the fact they want you to switch sides in the minute of a 30 second workout so I just back it up & do the other side for 30 instead of switching it in the middle of the routine. Love the voice telling me when to go & only 5 seconds left. Great app I'll continue using it!!
