2. This app recognizes step based activity and records the maximum G force during each step and uses that to estimate the knee force.

6. I made this for myself when I was recovering from knee surgery, but it can be used by anyone interested in how they are impacting their knees.
7. Set a G force threshold so the app can warn you if you exceed a certain value.
