Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DXF View"

Once DXF View is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DXF View.

This is the best the app viewing tool. I can quickly view, print, and review supported AutoCAD DWG and the app files, it runs pretty smoothly on Mac, and offers such useful features, gives me perfect using experience.
Should have researched this a bit more before purchasing.

I made the assumption that saving as a PDF file would allow me to see the vector artwork in illustrator. Silly me. You may as well just take a screen capture and save yourself a few clicks. Oh well… 5 bucks down the drain.
