Disappointing & Misleading Packaging

We purchased the this app Story Time Little Red Riding Hood Doll named Katia only to find out the digital story download is non-existent. The packaging noted that "Katia loves to sing the story" and the doll does not sing or do anything. We are extremely disappointed in our purchase and will be returning the doll to the store.
