Support is horrible
By Volley65 (Pcmac user)
App was very good but after the last update it stopped sensing your finger on the screen and you can’t just touch a stop that you are going to or from. This was reported to support and weeks later still waiting for it to be corrected even after support confirmed problem.

Great app: quick, easy, accurate

Title says it all. Haven't explored much of the app's other features but for quick finds for stops and times, it really delivers with efficiency.

Missing many bus route times
By xyvvf (Pcmac user)
I paid for a subscription assuming that would get me up-to-date data. What a mistake. The data is missing so many route times it has been useless.
For example, the buses I use most often, 71A and 71C, are missing many of the weekend scheduled trips. Th trips show up just fine in Google maps.
If I could give it zero stars I would.
