What is Montessori? The Montessori Things That Go Together app is an interactive educational game that helps children develop their analytical and critical thinking skills. The app includes six workbooks and games that involve matching related items, identifying the most closely related item, identifying related items and discussing why the third item is not related, matching all related items, identifying the item that does not belong, and identifying harder examples of items that do not belong. The app uses hundreds of gorgeous illustrations and audio reinforcements to keep children engaged and interested.
1. With the Montessori Things That Go Together app, we bring you six interactive workbooks and games to help your child develop their analytical and critical thinking skills.
2. Activity 4: Can you match all of the related items? In this activity there are three pairs that need to be matched on every level.
3. Activity 3: Which items go together? Identify the related items and discuss why the third item is not related.
4. Ask your child or student to draw a line to connect the related items.
5. The best way to play this game with a child is to sit down with them and have them explain to you the reason / thinking of why two items should go together.
6. This way, the game can act as a wonderful interactive tool to develop both language and critical thinking skills.
