I want the phone booking back

Couldn’t contact the app Cab with the number I have used for years. Recording kept recommending the app. the app Cab made a big mistake. I am gonna use UBER. The app is worthless for booking a ride. I kept trying and finally called a friend who was kind enough to give me a ride.
Doesn’t work

Account set up works, but once I got got past that, I Can not enter any addresses. Get a pop up that reads “can not connect to server, please call at [insert phone number]”. I downloaded the app and experienced it not working while I was on hold. Pointless exercise.
A few problems (App not worth download)

How do we know if this app is for a specific area or is it nation wide access? And I download app and I get a immediate error message saying “failed server problem” App is useless
Bad app, mediocre wait time

Didn't take too long, about 15 mins. App is absolute trash tho. Map function would not work at all for tracking, just had to call and ask.
