I use Metro Cab often

They're my favorite the app taxi service. When this app worked, it was terrific. But now it constantly provides an error that the servers can't connect. It does this after you've already gone through the process to request a cab. It's been this way for months, and re-installing the app doesn't help. I'd give it 5 stars if it worked again, but now it's useless.

Couple problems: 1. Cab doesn't arrive 2. Although app says you can view cab on map like Uber, map doesn't load automatically and there is no link to find it. I'm sure it will improve but pretty useless as of 5/6/16.

I love this app. Booked, accepted, notified of driver en route and arrival. I've never had a problem.
Allow driver to cancel on the fly and leave you late !!!

I had a driver accepted 5 mins before pick up time and then cancel it 7mins after so wasted over 10mins almost late to the airport
