Using Junos Genius on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Junos Genius"
The search will reveal the Junos Genius app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Junos Genius is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Junos Genius.
Now enjoy Junos Genius on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Junos Genius,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Junos Genius" » then Click "Install".
- Junos Genius will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Won’t even work

I have a login, I can login to the web interface and everything works fine. However, on my iPad Pro 11-inch running the latest v12 IOS I can’t get it to play a single video. Horribly broken. Please look into this, I need this app for my job!!

It’s sad that Juniper won’t spend money to build a quality app. This app doesn’t work on my latest iPad. Can’t sign in via iPad, but on a desktop I can. How does Juniper expect to succeed if users can’t use a sponsored app?!
