Updates break multiplayer...

The game is really fun in multiplayer rooms - it’s the best part of the game. The problem is that the developers don’t release updates for all platforms in tandem. They will release updates for iOS but not for Mac OS. This means that Mac users are in limbo until the Mac update is released, which can take weeks. Mac players will still be able to connect to multiplayer rooms, but there will only be a few players there, since the majority of players seem to be on mobile devices. Mac players purchase the game just like iOS players do, and it doesn’t seem like a good practice to release udpates that effectively break multiplayer for a segment of the games install base. The game is loads of fun, but just be aware before you buy for Mac that you will not be a priority to the developers. If they would simply release updates for all platforms at the same time I would rate this game as four stars, but the practice of ignoring their Mac players earns a three star rating.
Good Vintage Theme But….

It’s kind of a fun game, for what it is. But Really….. In 2015 you would think the quality of combat flight sims available on the market would be way better than this. Even and maybe especially on Mac. The flight sims from 25 years ago still blow this away. I wish someone would take the initiative to recreate some of the classics from MicroProse and Jane’s flight sims. They were great then on a 15” CRT monitor. I would gladly pay at least what I paid for them originally to see them work well on the big screen of my iMac.

I love the Vietnam war era aircraft and this game is very good. A couple fixes I would suggest is adding some more aircraft (it already does have a great selection) such as the F4U-7 used in the Vietnam war. Also, more missions and larger area of where the missions are would be nice. If you don’t have this app, its worth the $5.
Good game - Not for kids

The game is great. Entertaining and a great choice if you like flying games/simulators. Most of the players are honorable. However, the game needs better moderation and a way for users to report other players. The game has a chat feature which is standard. However, it isn’t monitored adequately. Recently, one player threatened to commit acts of violence (physical and sexual) and a second made explicit sexual propositions. The overall game is great, but it needs better moderation to eject the pervs. In current state without moderation - do not purchase this for kids.
