Doesn't work properly

Im stuck in the beginning. The screen doesn't scroll. So I can't pick up items. I'm sure it does this throughout the whole game. I only got one item off the screen out of pure luck. Fix this bug please. I was considering on buying this but not anymore since do a simple thing like picking up objects cuz the screen doesn't scroll. It only scrolls up and down and zoom in and out. That's it fix this bug PLEASE.!!

I am a huge fan of the "the app" series, I have played the one by ubisoft, I have tried to read the comics, it's just a series I like that sadly no-one else knows about in my town basically due to the fact that it's in french. This app is very good and I hope for more updates.
Not working properly

The game isn't working properly I'm stuck on fishing hooks found one the other two aren't in the picture there off to the side and cannot click them I use clue and it doesn't work either bummer was thinking of purchasing but can't even play for the screen it blacked out where I need to get items....fix problem for I zoom out and in and it still doesn't go far enough to get item
