Download an Android emulator for PC:

Using Scanner on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Scanner"
The search will reveal the Scanner app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Scanner is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Scanner.

I like the real-time idea, but I think that it needs fixes. It doesn't scale the picture accurately and the graphics are really bad from far away. If you fix it, you will probably get more downloads and better reviews.
