If you want to install and use the Dungeon Keeper app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Dungeon Keeper in the search bar and press Search. Click on Dungeon Keeper application icon. A window of Dungeon Keeper on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use this app for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

Download on Andriod, Iphone
Free On iTunes
Download Android

Thank you for reading this tutorial. Have a nice day!

In the beginning this game is fun. But the wait times to level up minions, traps, immortals, rooms etc, is ridiculously fast and cheap (gold/stone/gems) at the lower levels, but as your levels increase, the wait times and cost of upgrades increases exponentially. If you don’t spend money to play this game, you won’t level up well enough to compete at the highest levels for years. I’ve played for 3 years, and I’m only a third of the way to where the top competitors are. My biggest grudge against EA for this game is that the highest level players can attack and steal gold and stone from much lower level players. There’s no realistic way you can retaliate against those higher level dungeons to regain the resources they steal. It takes forever to acquire enough resources to upgrade even just one minion. And then you wait two weeks before you can upgrade another, that is if you have gained enough resources to do it again. The game is ridiculously imbalanced and too time consuming to make it fun at the higher levels of game play. Initially it’s fun, just don’t upgrade much and stay at lower levels if you want to “just play the game.” Otherwise, leveling up is a time commitment many won’t want to afford.
  • Just ok

    By BoilerALE
I loved the original Dungeon Keeper 1 & 2 and this doesn't really match that style. This is more Clash of Clans and A tower defense hybrid. ...and that is somewhat ok. I can accept that. The return of the original voice actor of Horny is worth one, maybe even two stars all by itself. But my biggest gripe is the matchmaking. Very high level players can attack low level dungeons and you are helpless to defend against them. I had 1500 trophies and was wiped out by just the immortal of someone who had 17,000. A much higher dungeon level than mine. This is the sort of thing that keeps me from spending any money in this game. Higher level players should either not be allowed to attack low level players or at least the penalty for doing so should be such that it's not worth their time and the impact to the lower level player's progress isn't so damaging.
  • Great graphics - reminds me of the classic game

    By Matrix29bear
UPDATED REVIEW -- 3 years later, game still has 2 hour dig times. EA Games learned nothing. I have DUNGEON KEEPER 2 on the PC and the mobile game is ridiculous awful in comparison. Deleting the game again. However this game is also seriously flawed. I could grant perhaps that the game has “Realistic Real Time Build Rates”, but in practice this game has become a total bore with the “Click & Wait 2 HOURS” gameplay time spans. I am not just emotionally disengaged with the obscene slow gameplay interaction response times, I am growing to actively HATE products created by EA GAMES. I have now bypassed simmering anger and have passed into utter apathy for this game & EA GAMES products much as if they never existed at all. I am now deleting this exponentially time squandering unresponsive game.
  • Fun and thoughtfully created

    By Hermit's Rest
I have cheerfully spent more time playing this game than any other app based game. The game doesn’t require much money to play it well; I have spent $5 (to acquire the sixth imp) and don’t foresee spending any more. Gameplay rewards strategy rather than reflexes, which is good for an old gamer like me. The weaknesses of the game are minor. The game sometimes rewards losing over winning. Tournament play can feel more like competition between guild members rather than competition between guilds. All-in-all a charming and satisfying game.

  • Horrible practices

reading those fake review shows how desperate EA is I doe t play any of your games or any games that do loot box or pay to win thought I had a good game not a wallet breaker thanks for killing an empire again. WORSE DEVELOPERS AGAIN. This is after a 2year break and no change
  • Way to go, game

    By Charlezw
So I had the game for a little under a month, but I did put a lot of time into it. I was able to grind up to gold 3 in that amount of time. However, I got signed out of game center for some reason, and when I went to log back in....all of my progress was gone! It had reset the game to an earlier point when I had only been playing for like 20 minutes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail. So, way to go, game.
  • Updated to oblivion

My entire guild quit playing after last months of updates made your minions AI absolutely mystifying. Your attacking troops now wander into whatever death trap is the opposite direction of objectives and die. It’s just an un-laudable cash grab now.
  • Love this game

I played on the computer for years now mobile app lets me play on iPad. Only thing I would change is multiplayer I would like to fight other people instead of just attacking their dungeon
  • If you are looking something like the original, look elsewhere.

    By mindprobe
This game is a complete disappointment and proof that EA completely lost touch with what gamers want. By turning this into a cash grab/wait to play style game they have killed what made the original fun. There are already too many games out there where you get to take one turn every 12-24 hours. I would have gladly paid $10-$20 for a game that held true to the original, heck I'd pay the same for a pure port of the original game, but this is a horrible greedy mess that spits in the face of fans of the original game in an attempt to cash grab from people purely on name recognition.
  • Gameplay is decent

    By mcnastynizzlefoshizzle
The game itself is ok, but due to the over instructional training at the beginning I made some costly mistakes in being able to defend my dungeon and now I cannot restart my game. If EA would give you at least one restart it would all be good. Also would like to add that since the last patch I haven’t been able to get on without WiFi, says connection error and error patching and won’t start up. If I have WiFi the game works great.
