Download and install the Shake! - Flashlight & Compass app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Shake! on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Shake!"
- The search will reveal the Shake! - Flashlight & Compass app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Shake! is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Shake!.
- Now enjoy Shake! on PC.
- Using Shake! on Mac OS:

How to download and use Shake! App on Windows 11
To get Shake! on Windows 11, check if there's a native Shake! Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Shake!:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Shake!" » Click "Install" to install Shake! - Flashlight & Compass
- Shake! - Flashlight & Compass will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Friend has a phone he can this app while asleep light pops on. Convenient. Wanted to do that.
With this app - You have to unlock phone. Find the application. Open it. Then while the app is open you can firmly this app your phone and the light will turn on or off.
Close app it turns off.
I can turn the light on in two steps with no app. This is a nope. Deleting.

Shake in Lock Screen?

Didn’t find a way to communicate with you other than the review section. Wanted to ask a question. I purchased the app expecting the flashlight to turn on with a this app while locked. If you have to unlock your phone, locate the icon, press, then press to turn on ... then it’s kind of useless. May as well use the flashlight that comes installed on the phone. It’s not my intention to write a bad review. I clicked around as much as I could to find how to ask a question. Which is ... is the flashlight suppose to turn on with a this app while my phone is locked?

This app has everything you need in one place. The high & low temps, what time the sun will set, even your battery percentage haha. This is one of my essential apps and I 10/10 recommend it.
(P.S- I was not prompted to make this review to access additional features, etc. I just wanted to support the app.)

Neat little app!

The this app to turn on flashlight feature works. Like the reviewer Willowmark wrote the this app to turn off flashlight didn't work for me initially but after a while it has worked. My suggestion to turn it off would be to give a single strong, deliberate jerk and to do this a couple of times if it doesn't to work at first.
