This does not let you rip protected DVDs. I purchased before reading and now have to deal with customer service. I just want to keep an electronic version of all my dvds and this is NOT the easiest way to do it. Purchase a different app.

This app doesn't appear to have been updated in awhile. Do not download if you are using Catalina. It doesn't meet the 64bit architecture requiiremeents and won't run.
