Refund options need to be established for the App Store

This software is absolutley garbage. I don’t understand why apple allows this type of stuff to remain as an option. If the software dosent perform they need to remove it. I am so frustrated with gambleing with my money on these apps that are designed to take your money with out functioning properly. This is why people pirate Apps and software, because know one wants to waste thier hard earned money on this type of junk. GIVE ME A REFUND.

App crashes + Subtitle

This software doesn't work properly… When I try to open a the app movie mp4 file, the app crashes everytime. I'm able to open the movie correctly in VLC. I was hoping that this app would allow me to play a .srt subtitle in a the app format. But I was wrong. Just lost my money.
