1. The department of education and culture of the ladin poeple in South Tyrol - Innovation and Counselling - presents the project Storiesapp.

2. After the publication of the book with CD, the former Ladin Pedagogical Institute, now Innovation and Counselling, developed together with its partners this app, mainly thought for integrated multilingual teaching.

3. Each story has been translated into 5 languages: Ladin –in the idioms of Val Badia and Gherdëina-, Italian, German and English.

4. The project Stories: 7 stories in 5 languages is available on iPad and iPhone.

5. “Stories” has become an interactive project, that enables to read and to listen to stories.

6. Children are particularly keen on dealing with stories, languages, multimedia and pictures.

7. A smooth transition from one language to the other is provided by using the keys.

8. Each scene is animated and thus stimulates the curiosity of the children.

Install Lu app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Lu on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Lu"
The search will reveal the Lu app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Lu is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Lu.
Now enjoy Lu on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Lu,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Lu" » then Click "Install".
- Lu will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
