"Better Ears Beginner" is a free version of "Better Ears," an educational music and ear training program. It helps users enhance their musical skills and hearing capabilities. The app includes 13 different exercises, starting from interval recognition to chord progressions, making it perfect for beginners and music-masters alike. The app has all the features of "Better Ears," but it is limited to one level and one instrument, and it has no custom exercises and pitch detection using the microphone.
1. Choose your training sound from more than 100 different instruments, either using the integrated »Better Ears« sound generator or Apples native DLS SoftSynth.
2. »Better Ears« supports routing sound through an external MIDI device, allowing you to use your existing MIDI master keyboard or sound module.
3. »Better Ears Beginner« is the free version of »Better Ears«, an educational music and ear training program.
4. »Better Ears« shows the relevant Wikipedia article for the current exercise.
5. For every exercise »Better Ears« knows all your current stats, including how often you have answered each question correctly or incorrectly.
