Great App Again, Only Better

This is a follow-up of a previously critical review, as all my issues were addressed. Full screen view is now an option again which is critical when zoomed in to your local area, as you are still able to see approaching storm, like tonight’s approaching tornado watch encompassing most of Wisconsin. Also, have seen fog warnings which is really important so people can leave for work earlier, rather than driving faster than safe in fog. I have recommended this app to friends in other states as well.

New app is bloated and irritating

While some of the interface changes are nice, overall the app is bloated, the ads are too big and annoying, and it is excruciatingly slow. The previous version was much better. When I want to check the weather I don’t want to watch a video. I just want to see the map and be able to quickly look at hourly and daily predictions, temps, wind, etc. Waiting and waiting (and waiting) for the app to engage and then scrolling past all the junk to get to the real info has me looking at other weather apps to replace this one.

I’ve used multiple weather apps and this one is the most specific with hour by hour reports, easy to use the app views, weekly forecasts, and videos from meteorologists themselves! Fabulous
