Download an Android emulator for PC:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PDF Tools,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PDF Tools" » then Click "Install".
- PDF Tools - View, Store, Merge, Split & Password Protect PDFs will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Good app does what it says it does

This is the only app I have found that actually does allow you to put a password on a the app. That way you can email the password protected document with more security on the internet. Other apps claim to do this but then when you download it it only lets you password protect the app. This one actually protects the file.
SIMPLE but VERY USEFUL APP

I must say this is a very simple app, not full of iOS integration but it worth the money. It's easy to use and does everything that you may need to do using a the app file. Thanks so much for this app! :)
Waste of money

Works fine now and has for quite a while. Does everything thing I want, namely, encrypts and allows you to view.
Poor App & Poor Service

Bought app for password protect feature. Found it won't work. Notified customer service over a week ago. No response. Will wait a week then complain to Apple and request refund.
