Install PIUploader for Picasa app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

I traveled Europe last summer and took hundreds of pictures. I was able to find them all with this app and show them, videos and all, to my friends. With other apps I found that some of my pictures were there and others weren't and couldn't figure out where to find them. This app is easy to use and dependable. Love it!

Works ok, but seems to burn through some data. Needs some work as far as caching or being able to use when not connected to wi fi .
