Download and install the PIExplorer for Picasa Pro app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Uploading pictures to albums could be a lot more organized... I Really wish they would add (bring back) the select all feature when choosing which pictures to upload. Chronological order for albums (last album uploaded is cool but searching for older albums is a pain) or at less give us the option to search for it.
