Doesn't Work

I have had the app for over two months and have yet been able to see my surveillance cameras. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still it does not do anything. I would like a full refund or a replacement app that works.
please give me my money bACK!!!

THIS APP DOES NOTHING THAT IT SAYS. IT WILL NOT EVEN LET ME LOGIN AND IVE TRIED EVERYTHING FROM STATIC IP'S TO REGULAR. AND EVERY PORT POSIBLE
