    I found this app on a recommendation from a social media personality that I follow (cheaplazyvegan). I downloaded the app thinking OK another app that I won't really use. I have been using it somewhere between twice a week and daily for some time now. I haven't purchased the personal trainer option-I just use the app and enjoy connecting with others looking to improve their health, fitness and nutritional habits. The workouts are fun, easy to follow and you can post your own (I think). One of the features I love the most is you can start your workout of choice while listening to whatever you want to listen to and it unobtrusively prompts you when it's time to do the next exercise or the number of reps. Also, the workouts can be filtered based on the amount of time you have, equipment you have available to you, work out level desired and more. There is a small animated figure that demonstrates correct form. I feel safe having this on the screen. There are weekly and monthly challenges that are easy to meet and fun to share and see how others are doing also. With this app I'm having fun and I feel that I'm accountable-but in a positive reinforcement way. It's really easy to find a short workout that I can do right when I get out of bed in the morning (there's a fantastic seven minute workout option needing no equipment) and I can also find something very challenging when I have more time and more energy. Highly recommend!

    I love the app itself. Although it would be nothing with the community in it! My complaint is on the update. It's cool having the ability to double tap to like pics and edit my photos but I just hate how much it crashes on me now. About half the times I try uploading a pic the app crashes on me. Another thing I dislike even more is the fact that they only promote people in order of who has the most followers now. They used to promote people that had a couple thousand followers but now all those people will never be seen again because no one is gonna scroll that far! I'm sick of seeing the same people on my newsfeed. If I wanted to see them all the time I would FOLLOW them. I liked it before when there were people of all sizes and shapes being promoted..now it's JUST thin or really fit girls. No guys. I'm sure eventually you can get to a guy but it would probably take 30 mins of scrolling through the newsfeed. I've tried it and gave up after 10 mins of scrolling. The presence of guys on this app has plummeted because of this. If the app doesn't fix this then I'm afraid I'll get too tired of constantly seeing those same girls and I'll just delete this app. It's getting very old.

    I really love this app because you can find workouts for whatever level of fitness you are on. You choose how long you want your workout to last. Then you chose which part of the body you would like to work on for that time. You chose whether or not you have equipment so you don’t need to buy weights or a treadmill if money is tight. You can chose how you want the workout set up (whether or not if you want cardio or strength training). It calculates a workout to suit your needs. You look over it and decide if you want to delete some of the moves or if you want to add some in. Then you start. As you are going, the app talks to you and shows you how to do the moves so it’s like having a personal trainer. You can also see other people’s progress and get support from real people and trainers. There are also programs you can join. So if you want a stronger stomach, you start the program for that and it’ll show you how long it lasts. I absolutely love it.

    I really enjoy the app, it's great for keeping me motivated. However, there's a few things it lacks. For starters, I really wish I was able to post videos, even if they're just 30 seconds. I also wish that when seeing a workout someone has started/completed, that there was an option to start that workout as well. And lastly, I think it would be great if there wasn't a character limit when writing captions to posts. Sometimes I want to go into detail about a routine that wasn't from the app, and I'm limited in how much I can add. But other than that, I do really enjoy this. Makes working out not to overwhelming when you have people encouraging and co congratulating you on your progress, as well as showing their own.
