Install AirPhotoServer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The search will reveal the AirPhotoServer app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Solved large picture low display resolution problem

In its earlier versions, this app cannot display modestly large pictures (10 megapixel or higher) properly. Large pictures were displayed in low resolution and on an iPad 3 or iPad 4 they all looked very blurry. This version fixed the problem. To use this app on iPad 3 or 4, the user needs to go to the setting of the app and check "Source" under Single display -> Size instead of the default "Suitable" option. The program warns that under this option the app may crash, which I have not experienced yet. My pictures are at most 12 megapixel large. When I reported this problem in earlier versions to the developer, he quickly replied my inquiry and promised to try to fix problem. He did it. I am a happy customer.
