No sense in paying for this one!!!

I decided I would spring for the paid version of this app, it was a minimal cost and looked as though the additional functions would justify the purchase. Disappointment followed in short order. The app works okay, as it reports the this app of the input cities and seems to do acceptably...The subject and required data from the web the app gets isn't exactly a process that would baffle Professor Einstein. What served to baffle this writer was why I paid the fee for an app that continues to barrage users with ADVERTISEMENTS!!!! Up until to this experience it was a standard for paid apps: "Pay the fee and the ads go to ad hell where they belong, instead of plaguing the users forever after..." NOT SO WITH THIS APP!!! EVERY TIME this app is started I have to search for the little "x" to kill the ad, which of course is strategically aligned with the button that launches you to whatever the ad is attempting to sell you; quite often games and such that I wouldn't look at anyway. I also wouldn't go to anything from an app that I feel screwed by already!!! If you want to pay the fee for an app which will continue to infest your life with advertisements, this is the app for you! It also gives the benefit of no benefit for paying!!!

right at your fingertips. More convenient than opening accuweather or this app channel when all you need to know is the temp. Changed the time from military to 12 hr easily and the date changes with just a tap!! Nice app.
