Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TunePad"
The search will reveal the TunePad app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TunePad is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TunePad.
Now enjoy TunePad on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

You could add more sounds and titles that go with the sound. Also figure out how to fix the sound import. So it's a start.
