App is almost complete.

I have been a the app user since before smartphones. It’s so much nicer than it was back then to find hotels that participate in the program. The one thing this app needs, to be able to book through the app instead of having to call the hotel. Other hotel apps like Concur, Expedia, etc all have this functionality. I can’t believe it would be too difficult. Other than that, I have no issues. The other issues I’ve had through the years are with relationships between individual hotels and the app. That’s gotten better through the years but still a sticking point. I’ve gotten used to that.

Extended stay America in Jacksonville,Florida is not an ideal location to stay at coming from a the app member, and it is not okay to display it as an option on this app. This hotel does not provide receipts to the app members and have no record of my multiple stays. The app continues to only provide me with only this hotel and Days Inn as options... when the app has contracts with other hotels in the Jacksonville area. Why don't you just display ALL the app accepted options, especially if the app doesn’t allow you to book it? Especially if the public is already aware of the other options the app doesn’t provide! This will promote more members to use the app because it will help us pick by price location and stars, all things every member considers when traveling.

I just found this app because I was in a bind and my usual hotels were all booked up. So I’m thankful for the app, my only issue is, after further investigation, it seems the app does not have any of the usual locations I stay at listed. Makes me wonder how many others are not listed that may be closer to where I need to be the next day?

This is a good app. I use at least three times a week. I agree with one of the other reviews, it would be nice to leave reviews of the hotel/motel. There have been a few times when I called the hotel and asked about their “big truck” parking I’m told they have it. I get to the hotel and they only have room for one “big truck” and it’s already taken.
