Unsafe and low quality drivers allowed on app

I was cursed at and grabbed by a taxi driver on this platform because I had a pet, which I indicated in the order. I reported this to the customer service and received no response, so I assume the app owner does not care if aggressive thugs are using the app. Safer to use uber. Additionally, since implementing cards they regularly take money from accounts fraudulently.

Un alt minus :am încercat sa chem un taxi pentru cineva la o adresa diferită si nu merge (am folosit opțiunea cautare adresa) Sunt foarte multe taxiuri pe care le găsește in schimb nu accepta plata in aplicație (doar plata la șofer ) in localitatea Constanta. Da,acum am văzut. Felicitări (e foarte utila funcția 3D touch sa vezi adresele favorite) Update: Aplicatia devine din ce in ce mai buna. Taximetriști ce accepta plata cu cardul (orașul Constanta) Jocul cu ruleta foarte interesant + diferite bonusuri In viitor aștept si aplicatia pentru Apple watch (ex: Uber) Felicitări echipei!
