I don't write reviews very often, but I felt I needed to on this app. If you're in a city with this app, download it. Everything about this app works great, I plugged my info into it, my cab was at my location in under 10 minutes. You can also see where your cab is coming from with the gps option within the app. GREAT JOB DEVs!! A+++
App is a Joke compared to Uber

App is a joke compared to Uber and Lyft. Yellow Cab does not guarantee pick up times, our scheduled cab arrived 20 minutes late, no realtime cab tracking, interface would look great in 2005 on windows mobile, but shows its age in 2015. Address search is lacking. When I called yellow cab to ask for status all a message would tell me is 'your request has been revived and a cab will be sent your way shortly'. Horrible customer service when I'm 20 minutes late to dinner on my anniversary. Luckily the app only crashed for me twice that evening. Just call, much better response times than using the app.

Amazing app. Got me a ride at the last minute with time to spare once I arrived. The driver arrived right when he said he would, you get a call letting you know they'll be leaving soon, they'll call you once they arrive and overall is a painless process.
Unable to schedule

The app is good, but I think calling the cab company would be just as effective. I am unable to schedule anything in (using iOS 8) except for "now". When I click the option to change it, the app crashes. Also, even though I put my credit card data in, the cabby always asks for a credit card and then runs it. Would rather not put my card info in the system if I still have to produce a card at the end.
